\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2022\tAll participants must sign or have signed on their behalf the miniBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE Waiver form.\n
\n\u2022\tThe waiver for participants must be signed by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age.\n
\n\u2022\tParticipants and their guardians accept that activities at miniBOUNCE\/ BOUNCE may involve risk that result in injury.\n
\n\u2022\tminiBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE makes no assessment of the participant\u2019s health status before allowing entry. Participants or their parent\/guardian are expected to take responsibility for this and self-assess.\n
\n\u2022\tminiBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE takes no responsibility for incidents occurring due to participants not following facility and activity rules.\n
\n\u2022\tminiBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE takes no responsibility for the supervision or care of children outside the boundaries of the activity they are participating in.\n
\n\u2022\tChildren must be supervised by an adult on the premises.\n
\n\u2022\tSessions are for 1 hour or more and starts at the beginning of each hour.\n
\n\u2022\tNo extension will be granted for late arrivals.\n
\n\u2022\tParticipants must always wear a time\/activity wristband during their session where appropriate.\n
\n\u2022\tTickets are not transferable or refundable.\n
\n\u2022\tminiBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE Management take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items (including tickets) on the premises.\n
\n\u2022\tItems lost in the foam \/ ball pit may not be recoverable for several days due to our maintenance schedule.\n
\n\u2022\tNo food or drinks are allowed within the activity areas.\n
\n\u2022\tBad language or aggressive behavior towards customers or staff will not be tolerated.\n
\n\u2022\tPregnant women are advised not to take part in miniBOUNCE \/ BOUNCE activities.\n
\n\u2022\tParticipants must follow the requests and guidelines of the staff. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the facility.\n
\n\u2022\tRight of admission is reserved by the Management for reasons of safety or suitability of the activity for the participant.\n
\n\u2022\tOperating hours and prices may change without prior notice.\n
\n\u2022\tMinors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.\n
\n\u2022\tIf you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.\n
\n\u2022\tThe cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.\n
\n\u2022\tWe accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit\/debit card in Kuwaiti Dinars.\n
\n\u2022\tNo refunds for tickets purchased online can be given.\n
\n\u2022\tTransfer to an alternative event must be requested on-site. Any difference in purchase price must be paid, but no refund for lesser priced activity will be made.\n
